    I have been made aware that many people in Marion County have received a text to call our office to verify their registration.  Please know, that text is not from my office.  However, you may call our office at 601-736-8246 or visit the Y'all Vote website to verify your registration information.   Please know, that we will only text you IF you opted in for juror announcements and it will never be used for other purposes.   • 0 MCSD School Bond Election Absentee Voting Information

    Absentee voting begins today and continues until noon on May 21st for the May 24th School Bond Election.   Those eligible to vote absentee by mail include: Permanently Disabled voters - ballots have been mailed to those on our current list Temporary disabled voters, Military and Emergency Responders currently deployed, voters temporarily residing overseas, students away at college, caretakers of those hospitalized outside the county, those temporarily residing outside the county (such as travel nurses, pipeline workers, etc...) Those eligible to vote absentee in the Circuit Clerks office include all of those above along with: Voters 65 years of age or older Those required to be at work during the times the polls are open (7a - 7p) Those that will be outside the county on Election Day Along with regular business hours of 8-5 Mon-Fri (excluding Good Friday); we will be open the following Saturdays 8am until Noon: April 23rd, May 7th, May 14th, May 21st

  • 0 Temporary Polling Location Changes

    Dear voter, Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is difficult to maintain the proper social distancing guidelines established by the State of Mississippi in the following locations: Carley, Cedar Grove, Goss, Jefferson, Pine Burr and Union. The Election Commissioners, Circuit Clerk and Board of Supervisors have identified  temporary voting locations for this upcoming election so that we will be in compliance with social distancing guidelines.  Please note: This is a temporary change for this November 3rd General Election only. For details on each polling location change, please click on Voting Page and click on the link for your precinct.
